TeleLive is a live streaming platform for entertainment and real connection. English is shown first; Persian follows each section so every visitor sees the same rules.

تلهلایو بستری برای لایو، سرگرمی و ارتباط است. در این صفحه ابتدا متن انگلیسی و بلافاصله زیر آن معادل فارسی آمده تا همه یکسان بخوانند.
General use قوانین کلی استفاده
Accurate registration
Provide truthful information when signing up. Fake details or impersonation leads to permanent suspension.
ثبت اطلاعات واقعی
هنگام ثبتنام اطلاعات صحیح وارد کنید. جعل هویت یا اطلاعات جعلی ممنوع است و به مسدودی دائمی منجر میشود.
Your account
Your account is personal. Protect your password. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
مسئولیت حساب کاربری
حساب شما شخصی است. رمز را در اختیار دیگران نگذارید. هر فعالیت از طریق حساب شما بر عهدهٔ خودتان است.
No abuse of systems
Unauthorized access, DDoS, malicious bots, or disruptive actions are forbidden and may be prosecuted.
ممنوعیت نفوذ و حمله
تلاش برای دسترسی غیرمجاز، حمله به سرویس، ربات مخرب یا هر اقدام تخریبی ممنوع و پیگرد قانونی دارد.
Policy updates
TeleLive may update these terms anytime. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
بروزرسانی قوانین
تلهلایو میتواند این قوانین را بهروز کند. ادامهٔ استفاده یعنی پذیرش نسخهٔ جدید.
Chat & messaging قوانین چت و گفتگو
Be respectful
No insults, hate speech, harassment, racism, sexism, or demeaning behavior. Chat is for positive interaction.
ادب در گفتگو
توهین، فحاشی، تحقیر، تبعیض نژادی، جنسیتی یا مذهبی ممنوع است. چت برای ارتباط مثبت است.
Privacy of others
Do not share others’ phone, address, or identity without consent. Violations may mean immediate suspension.
حفظ حریم دیگران
اطلاعات شخصی دیگران را بدون رضایت منتشر نکنید. نقض این مورد میتواند به مسدودی فوری منجر شود.
No spam or scams
No repetitive spam, unsolicited ads, deceptive links, or content meant to fool users.
هرزنامه و تبلیغ
پیام تکراری، لینک تبلیغاتی بدون مجوز یا محتوای فریبنده ممنوع است.
Moderation
Staff and channel moderators may delete messages and restrict or ban offenders.
اختیارات ناظران
تیم تلهلایو و ناظران کانال میتوانند پیامهای خلاف را حذف و کاربر را محدود یا مسدود کنند.

Appropriate content
No explicit material, extreme violence, drug promotion, or content against public decency.
محتوای مناسب
مستهجن، خشونت افراطی، ترویج مواد یا مغایرت با فرهنگ عمومی ممنوع است.
Legal compliance
Do not broadcast content that breaks applicable laws, including provocative political material or unlawful acts.
رعایت قوانین کشور
پخش محتوای سیاسی تحریکآمیز، اعمال غیرقانونی یا مغایر با قوانین جمهوری اسلامی ایران مجاز نیست.
Copyright
No movies, music, or third-party works without rights. You are responsible for what you stream.
مالکیت معنوی
پخش فیلم، موسیقی یا محتوای دارای حق نشر بدون مجوز ممنوع است. مسئولیت حقوقی با شماست.
Your channel
You are responsible for your channel environment. Ignoring ongoing chat violations may lead to penalties.
مدیریت کانال
استریمر مسئول فضای کانال است. تخلف مداوم در چت بدون اقدام، مسئولیت شماست.
Audio-visual content, rights & live broadcasts محتوای صوتیوتصویری، حق نشر و پخش زنده
Audio-visual content
Publishing, reposting, uploading, or playing any audio-visual content that violates applicable law or lacks required licences is prohibited on TeleLive.
محتوای صوتی و تصویری
انتشار، بازنشر، بارگذاری یا پخش هرگونه محتوای صوتی و تصویری که مغایر با قوانین کشور یا فاقد مجوزهای لازم باشد، در این سایت ممنوع است.
Copyright & broadcast rights
You may not distribute content protected by copyright, broadcast rights, or other IP without formal permission from the rights holder (including national broadcasters or other lawful owners). Infringements will be removed.
حق نشر
انتشار محتوای دارای حق نشر، حق پخش یا مالکیت معنوی بدون کسب مجوز رسمی از صاحب اثر (از جمله صدا و سیما یا سایر دارندگان قانونی حقوق) مجاز نیست و در صورت مشاهده، محتوا حذف خواهد شد.
Licensed live events
Live coverage of programmes, events, competitions (football, volleyball, etc.) or other audio-visual content that legally requires a licence is forbidden without official authorisation.
پخش زنده
پخش زنده هرگونه برنامه، رویداد، مسابقه (فوتبال، والیبال و …) یا محتوای صوتیوتصویری که مراجع قانونی نیازمند مجوز است، بدون اخذ مجوز رسمی، ممنوع میباشد.
Prohibited content
Content contrary to Islamic standards, public morals, national security, individuals’ privacy, or that includes violence, insults, defamation, criminal material, or socially unacceptable behaviour is strictly forbidden.
محتوای غیرمجاز
انتشار محتوای مغایر با شئونات اسلامی، اخلاق عمومی، امنیت ملی، حریم خصوصی افراد، یا شامل خشونت، توهین، افترا، محتوای مجرمانه یا خلاف عرف جامعه، اکیداً ممنوع است.
Streamer responsibility
Each user is fully responsible for what they publish. TeleLive may remove content, suspend streaming, restrict accounts, or take other action when rules are broken.
مسئولیت کاربران
مسئولیت محتوای منتشرشده توسط هر کاربر، بهطور کامل بر عهدهٔ خود کاربر است. سایت حق حذف محتوا، مسدودسازی حساب کاربری و انجام اقدامات لازم را در صورت تخلف، برای خود محفوظ میدارد.
Video content & streamer conduct محتوای ویدئویی و رفتار استریمر
No full movies / series
Watching full films or TV series on stream is not allowed. YouTube clips with genuine personal reaction only, with webcam on, active chat, and avoiding inappropriate formats (e.g. certain dating-show styles).
ممنوعیت فیلم و سریال
تماشای فیلم سینمایی یا سریال در استریم ممنوع است. فقط ویدیوی یوتیوب با ریکشن واقعی؛ با وبکم روشن، تعامل با چت، و پرهیز از فرمتهای نامناسب مانند بلایند دیت یا مشابه.
No restream without consent
Showing someone else’s live stream on any platform without their explicit permission is prohibited.
استریم دیگران
نمایش استریم افراد دیگر بدون رضایت کامل آنها در هر پلتفرمی ممنوع است.
Other platforms
Insults or defamation toward other platforms—in stream or title—can lead to an official warning.
پلتفرمهای دیگر
توهین، تخریب یا اظهارات منفی نسبت به پلتفرمهای دیگر در محتوا یا عنوان، اخطار رسمی دارد.
Stream titles
No vulgar, sexual, insulting, or offensive words in titles.
عنوان استریم
الفاظ رکیک، جنسی یا توهینآمیز در عنوان اکیداً ممنوع است.
VPN / bypass apps
Opening, promoting, or distributing VPN or filter-bypass tools during stream is a serious violation and may suspend your account.
فیلترشکن و دورزدن
باز کردن، نمایش یا تبلیغ ابزار دورزدن فیلتر و اپهای مرتبط در استریم تخلف جدی است و میتواند به تعلیق حساب منجر شود.
Payments & support پرداخت و حمایت مالی
Official payments
Use only TeleLive’s official gateways. Off-platform transfers are at your own risk.
پرداخت از طریق سایت
تراکنشها باید از درگاههای رسمی باشد. پرداخت خارج از سایت بر عهدهٔ طرفین است.
Honest support
No pressure or manipulation for donations—support must be voluntary.
صداقت در حمایت
فشار یا فریب برای دریافت مالی مجاز نیست؛ حمایت باید آزادانه باشد.
Report fraud
Report suspected fraud via the site’s reporting tools. Confirmed abuse can lead to permanent bans.
گزارش تخلف مالی
در صورت مشاهدهٔ کلاهبرداری از بخش گزارش استفاده کنید. تأیید تخلف به مسدودی میانجامد.
Privacy حریم خصوصی
Secure storage
Email, phone, and payment data are stored with appropriate security; we work to protect them.
نگهداری امن
اطلاعاتی مانند ایمیل، تماس و پرداخت بهصورت امن ذخیره میشود و تعهد به حفظ آنها وجود دارد.
No selling data
Personal data is not sold to third parties; disclosure only when lawfully required.

On TeleLive, if a problem is observed and the site rules are not followed, you may be banned immediately without a prior warning.
در این سایت بدون اخطار، در صورت دیدن مشکل و رعایت نکردن قوانین سایت، درجا بن میشوید.
Important. Breaking these rules may lead to immediate suspension or bans without a prior warning when the violation is clear. TeleLive may also use the published suspension ladder for streaming. Staff have full discretion in enforcement.
توجه مهم: نقض قوانین میتواند بدون اخطار قبلی (در صورت مشاهدهٔ تخلف آشکار) یا با طی جدول مسدودسازی پخش زنده، به تعلیق یا بن منجر شود. تیم تلهلایو در اعمال تصمیم نهایی اختیار کامل دارد.
